Instructions
Trim the beans and cook in boiling well-salted water or steam them for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion.
Melt the butter and fry the onion until lightly brown.
Drain the beans and toss them over heat to dry.
Pour the butter and onions over the beans.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately
