A Chart For Converting Oven Temperatures:
Celcius = Fahrenheit = Gas Mark

This is a simple chart to convert oven temperatures to and from Fahrenheit, Celsius, and gas stove marks. Whether you live in a country where the standard for reading temperatures is in Fahrenheit as in the United States or whether the standard is Celsius as in the UK, Europe or Canada, with this chart you will never be stuck again! Use this handy converter for roasting meats like a Little Chicken, or a Tourtiere, and desserts such as French Biscuits!

Actually, every country on earth aside from the United States measures temperature in Celsius.

This will make it easier for you when you want to pick up a cookbook if you know where it was published then you will know what the oven temperatures will be given in.
