About The Ingredients

2 whole garlic bulbs

2 Whole Garlic Bulbs (Don't mistake the bulbs for cloves.)

A garlic bulb is made up of multiple cloves with each glove having its own onion-like skin and tightly packed together.

Sometimes making it a little challenging to separate them. And the bulb has a skin encasing the clump of cloves.

Now you know how much garlic is called for in this recipe don’t be alarmed at the amount as it is very different when it is cooked.

The garlic gives a much sweeter and more subtle flavor once cooked which gives your mashed potato the flavor of France!
