Tomates Farcie

A delicious tomato and egg appetizer recipe that is easy and quick to make with a simple tasty dip! This is such a simple yet colorful and tasty dish and is found in most charcuteries throughout France.

A plate with a blue design holding a sliced red tomato with sliced white and yellow hard-boiled egg between with a spoon of white dip on the side and green lettuce leaves.

Tomates farcies can be served as hors d'oeuvres or appetizers, or as a light lunch. It is a great recipe to make up when you have unexpected guests too, as it can be made quickly. If you can boil an egg you can make this one!

It is so colorful, inexpensive, and a healthy option too. It is a dish that the kids will love to help you make and encourage them to eat healthy.
