To Delight Everyone
This is a tasty spinach quiche as an alternative to meat or fish quiches. Nourishing and tasty this is one gem that will please everyone and have them coming back for second helpings!
- 1 8 inch pastry shell
- 1 ¼ spinach
- 2 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 3 eggs or 2 eggs plus 2 egg yolks
- 1 ½ cup single cream
- ¼ Swiss cheese, Gruyère, cheddar or any other favourite cheese

If you choose to make your own Pate Brisee recipe plan to make it ahead of time to give it about 2 hours to sit in the refrigerator to get cold for best results.
