Simple Cheese Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ ounce butter
- 2 fresh eggs
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 level tablespoon each of Parmesan and Gruyere cheese
- 1 tablespoon thick cream optional, but gorgeous!
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the pan.
- Beat the eggs with the water, then add the seasoning and the cheese(s).
- When it is about half cooked, sprinkle the cheeses over the egg mixture, pour the cream over, then fold your omelette in half and serve immediately.
