A refreshing strawberry sorbet recipe is just what you need on a hot summer's day. Especially this one!
This is a recipe from Provence and is just the easiest recipe I have ever used.
All you need are summer fresh succulent strawberries with some sugar and lemon juice. What could be easier.
A sorbet or 'ices' as they are also called are wonderful for family desserts, anytime treats, or entertaining.
They are especially good for you made with fresh fruit but of course you can use frozen fruit when it is not available.
Another great idea is to fill ice lolly moulds with the sorbet for the kids which is a much healthier option and tasty too.
Don't worry, you have a choice to print the photo or not, when you click print! ;-)
