About French Tian Recipe

The name Tian refers to the dish that it is cooked in (which is an earthenware vessel of Provence, according to Wikipedia), but nowadays you hear the word being used for lots of Mediterranean dishes.

If you don't have a Tian dish, just use any ovenproof dish you have. A cast-iron casserole dish or stoneware would work very well.

This baked vegetable dish contains fresh summer vegetables, and if you have access to wonderful vegetable markets in your area, this is one way of using fresh produce.
